A pipe is leaking or burst
Right now: Turn off the main water shut-off valve. It’s usually where the water line enters the house, or next to the water meter. If water is near outlets or appliances, stay clear of it.
Then: Call us. A leak that’s been stopped can usually wait for a scheduled visit; one you can’t stop can’t.

Right now: Check that the water heater has power, or for gas heaters, that the pilot light is on. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company’s emergency line from outside.
Then: Book a visit. Tell us the age and type of the heater if you know them.

Right now: Stop using that fixture. Skip chemical drain cleaners: they rarely clear a real blockage and can damage older pipes.
Then: Book a drain visit. If more than one drain is slow, mention it; that usually points to the main line.

Right now: Stop running water anywhere in the house; every drain feeds the same sewer line. Keep children and pets away from the area.
Then: Call us. A camera inspection shows where the line is blocked or broken.

Why it’s free, and the fine print
Cikret IT is a web design and marketing team for home-service businesses. Building sites for real companies lets us show our work, with permission, to other businesses. Keeping it to two per trade keeps the work focused.
There is no charge for designing and developing the website for businesses we select. Before any work starts, and before you give us access to anything, we agree with you in writing on:
- what the site includes, and what it doesn’t
- who owns the finished site and its files
- hosting, domain and ongoing maintenance
- any third-party costs, such as hosting or paid tools
- how the finished site may appear in our portfolio
Applying doesn’t commit you to anything, and being selected doesn’t either: nothing is final until we both sign off in writing.

Is it really free?
There is no charge for designing and developing the website for businesses we select. Anything that isn’t development, such as a domain name, hosting or paid tools, is discussed and agreed with you in writing before work starts.
When do the 24 hours start?
When you give us the go-ahead: after you’ve approved the design preview and we’ve agreed the details in writing. The preview is designed before that and isn’t part of the 24 hours. If your site needs a new domain or hosting, we tell you exactly what’s needed before the clock starts.
Do I need to give you access to my website or Google account?
Not to apply, and not to see a preview. If you approve the design, we agree on exactly what access the work needs, and you grant it then.
What does Cikret IT get in return?
Permission to show the finished website in our portfolio. We ask for that permission in writing as part of the agreement.
Who owns the website?
Ownership of the finished site and its files is agreed in writing before any work starts.
How do you choose the businesses?
We review the applications ourselves and choose the businesses we can build the strongest site for in this round.
I already have a website. Can I still apply?
Yes. Choose “Website redesign” in the form. We’ll look at your current site from the outside; we don’t need any logins to do that.
Is Tidewell Plumbing a real company?
No. It’s a fictional company we created for this sample. The images are illustrations made for the sample and don’t show real projects or real staff.

Can the website show that I take emergency calls?
Yes, if you do. We show your real hours and emergency availability, and your phone number can be tapped to call from every page on a phone.
Can it explain how my pricing works?

Can customers book online?
A short request form can send booking requests straight to your email. Connecting it to scheduling software you already use is agreed during setup.
