This policy explains what Cikret IT collects through cikretit.com and while working with clients, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information.
Who we are and how to contact us

What we collect
Information you give us
- Free audit form: business name, website or Google Maps link, trade, city and state, your name, email, and optionally a mobile number and your biggest challenge.
- Contact form: business name, optionally your website, trade, state, what you need, and optionally your challenge, monthly budget range, timeline and a message, plus your name, email and optionally a mobile number.
- Conversations: emails, WhatsApp messages and notes from video calls.
- Client work: manager access you grant to your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account or website, and the photos, documents and approvals you share.
Information collected automatically
- With every form: the page you sent it from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed. These are kept in your browser’s session storage only until you close the tab, then sent with your form.
- Spam protection: to limit repeated submissions we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 10 minutes. We do not store your IP address with your request.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
- Analytics, if enabled: when we turn on Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity, they record pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and events such as button clicks and form submissions. Clarity can also record sessions and heatmaps; it masks form input by default. These tools are never loaded for visitors whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, and they are not used for logged-in site administrators.
Why we use it
- To deliver your free audit and reply to your request.
- To decide whether and how we can help, and to prepare a proposal.
- To deliver paid services you order.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests, and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent misuse of our forms.
Who we share it with
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website and store form submissions.
- Email delivery providers that send form notifications and our replies.
- Google and Microsoft, only if analytics is enabled as described above.
- AI-assisted drafting tools, with a person reviewing every output. We do not use your information to train public AI models.
- Fiverr, if you pay through its checkout; Fiverr’s own privacy policy applies there.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions are kept in our website for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Emails and correspondence are kept while the conversation continues and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Client records are kept for the engagement and as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@cikretit.com.
- Unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time. After a free audit we send one follow-up, and stop if you don’t reply.
- Block or clear analytics cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal, and analytics tags will not load.
- California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable providers. We never ask for your passwords: client access is granted through manager permissions you can remove at any time.
Children
This website is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
