- Audit Days 0–2 You send your business name and city. We send a recorded Lead Leak Audit with your 3 biggest fixes. Success: you know where calls are leaking.
- Plan Day 3, optional 20-minute call You share goals, capacity and average job value. We send a written plan: which fix first, the price and the timeline. Success: a clear yes or no.
- Fix Days 1–7 of work You give account access and photos. We deliver the Sprint, the website fix or the ads build. Success: every checklist item completed.
- Measure Day 30, then monthly You approve drafts within 5 business days. We send a report against your baseline and hold a 30-minute call. Success: numbers above baseline.
- Expand From month 2–3 You decide on the next leak. We take on the next fix: content, website, ads or another location. Success: more calls from more sources.

During the Sprint
- Day 0 You grant Manager access; we record your baseline.
