These terms apply to services provided by Cikret IT (“we”, “us”) to the business that orders them (“you”). Your written proposal, Fiverr order or invoice sets out the specific scope and price; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
1. Scope of services
We provide Google Business Profile work, websites, Google Ads and Local Services Ads management, job-site content and related reporting, as described in your proposal or order. Anything not listed there is out of scope until we agree it in writing.
2. Proposals and payment
- You pay through Fiverr’s protected checkout or by direct invoice, as your proposal states.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google (or the relevant platform) and is never part of our fees.
- Website projects are paid by milestone, and you approve the copy before building starts.
- The Local Lead Engine is billed monthly. Its first term is 90 days; after that it runs month to month.
- If you start the Local Lead Engine within 30 days of a Google Maps Lead Sprint, the Sprint fee counts toward your first Engine month.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us the access we need through manager permissions (we never ask for passwords).
- Approve drafts within 5 business days.
- Provide accurate business information, and only media you have the right to use.
- For the Local Lead Engine, send our review request after completed jobs.
4. No guarantees of rankings or leads
Google and other platforms decide rankings, ad delivery, verification and reinstatement. Results vary by market, competition, budget and your own actions. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volumes or revenue.
5. Baseline promise and fix windows
- 90-day baseline promise (Local Lead Engine). Where your proposal includes it: if your Google calls and website leads are not above your starting baseline by day 90, and you have sent our review request after completed jobs and approved content within 5 business days, we keep working at no monthly fee until they are, for up to 60 days. The baseline comes from your own Google Business Profile and website data, recorded before work starts.
- Sprint fix window. If Google rejects or reverts a change we made within 30 days of delivery, we redo it free.
- Website fix window. Launch bugs are fixed free for 14 days after launch.
- Ad tracking. Call and form tracking is test-fired before any campaign launches.
6. Ownership of accounts and deliverables
Accounts are created and held in your name. Once paid for, deliverables — website, copy, designs, content and reports — are yours, and you keep them if the engagement ends.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, data and account access confidential and use it only to deliver the services you ordered.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination and notice
- After its 90-day first term, you can cancel the Local Lead Engine with 30 days’ written notice.
- Either party may end an engagement immediately for a serious breach.
- One-time projects end on delivery.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless your written proposal states otherwise. Fiverr orders are also subject to Fiverr’s terms of service.
